Jacqui was our primary vet for over 2 years, we have 2 older dogs and 10 cats of varying ages upto 15. Jacqui is a brilliant vet to work with for our furries, she’s very knowledgeable, super understanding, explains issues and options really well and has a genuine conversation about the best way forward for our pets. Two of our cats were semi feral so not all textbook options were appropriate or accessible to them and all this was considered with regard to their treatment and care. Reducing stress for all or pets was helped by using the mobile vets right to your door, for those who were super stressed calming methods were also used to great effect.

For those, like me, who don’t like the drop at vets in the morning and pick up in the evening for surgical procedures, the mobile option where you have your furry family back with you as soon as they are able to be was invaluable for us, and we needed it a lot! for minor surgeries, dentals for dogs and cats, lumpectomies (we have one of the lumpiest dogs ever!) and even an enucleation when our mini schnauzer needed an eye removed just a few days before Christmas. Jacqui had referred us to an eye specialist who diagnosed a cancer at the back of the eye and then Jacqui removed it and he’s doing great!

If you want a vet who knows what they’re doing, listens to, and actively considers your concerns about your pets, and works with you for their best outcome then you want Jacqui.

If you want to see the neatest surgical suturing I’ve ever known then you also want Jacqui, wish I could sew as neatly. We are sorry she moved from our area but wish Jacqui all the best and know there will be some very lucky pets and their owners in her new location.

Jacqui has been my vet/friend for a few years now. I don’t trust any vet as much as I do her. Aswel as general health checks, her manner during the hard bits of owning pets (loosing them) is what made me realise just how wonderful she is. Her patience, calm, and kind nature with my loves and others I’ve seen her with is second to non. I highly recommend. I’m so delighted you’ve set this up Jacqui. You’re going to do amazing.

What can I say about Jacqui except she’s amazing!

I have always had animals for 30 years and bred cocker spaniels for many of those so I’ve experienced many a vet and veterinary experiences and Jacqui is the best by far.

Being our primary vet Jacqui literally became part of the family and my dogs were always happy to see her unlike previous vet surgery visits. She is always at the forefront with her care, attentiveness and knowledge and is so caring and sympathetic to our fur babies needs, plus having the mobile unit made everything so much more relaxing. She recently helped care for and nurse my old girl Roxy through cancer and palliative care and tended to her ever need like she was her own.

Nothing was ever too much and no visit was ever rushed as Jacqui always gives you 100% . Roxy’s daughter Molly also took poorly a year later and Jacqui attended every visit and even came to see us after molly passed to make sure we were ok.

Jacqui thank you for all you do you are literally the very best when it comes to veterinary care and I can’t recommend you enough. 🫶🏼

Before going off on her new adventure Jacqui was our go to vet.. she saw us (cats and corgis) through good times, tricky times, urgent times and even sad times. But always with compassion, dedication, knowledge and with care.. Our pets all loved her visits there was little hiding from “the vet” just lots of purring and waggy tails..
My menagerie highly recommend Jacqui! ❤️
